Going Forward!

There are different kinds of tired... mental, emotional, and physical. For various reasons, it could be hormonal, due to stress, frustration, anxiety, depression, exhaustion or you might just feel worn down from daily obligations.

When this happens, keep going forward! Take some time to recharge your batteries, perform some self-care and rest up. It is important to not give up! Even if you feel it is too hard, think it is taking too long to reach your goals, or are feeling down, remember that all winners had to keep going forward to pass the finish line. It is okay to take a break or slow down. You are not in competition with anyone.

Get back on the horse after taking a break, assess your situation, make any tweaks or changes, and keep your eyes on the prize!  Eventually you will get there! The winners never quit, they have a burning desire that drives and motivates. Without the passion, it may not be in tune with your purpose and you may want to rethink the situation.

If there is a health issue causing fatigue, it is a good idea to seek medical treatment. Try affirmative prayer and meditation to help you move through a mental or emotional slump. Talk to those who care for you and are encouraging. Everyone experiences these periods where we need a little help from our friends and loved ones. Counseling or coaching can also be very life changing when given a chance.

It can take time and work to get where you want to be, know that with God everything is possible! Going Forward, trust in God and trust in yourself! Do not give up!
